Soccer Recap: Three Lakes Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

With a playoff win on the line, Three Lakes rose to the challenge on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Regis Ramblers 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 two weeks ago.

Grayson Polcaster was the driving force of Three Lakes' attack as he scored both of Three Lakes' goals, bringing his season total up to 19 goals.

Three Lakes' win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four contests. As for Regis, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7-3.

Three Lakes has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Northland Lutheran on the 25th. Regis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
