Basketball Recap: Cardinal Comes Up Short

Cardinal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a blow against the St. John Fighting Herald, falling 66-27. The Huskies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-13.

Cardinal's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for St. John, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Cardinal will face off against Pymatuning Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for St. John, they will square off against Bristol at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
