Recap: Tenor vs. St. Francis Mariners
Tenor lost against the St. Francis Mariners back in December of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Tenor was beaten by St. Francis 82-49. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Tenor has scored all season.
Josh Green went supernova for St. Francis, scoring 20 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Green set a new season high mark in blocks with three. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaron Johnson, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds.
Tenor's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for St. Francis, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4.
Tenor will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against University Lake at 1:30 p.m. on January 13th. As for St. Francis, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Shoreland Lutheran at 7:15 p.m.
