The Gadsden City Titans can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They walked away with a 42-31 win over Sylacauga. That's another feather in the cap for Gadsden City, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Gadsden City's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Destiny Whiteside led the charge by scoring 15 points along with 4 steals. Whiteside hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Madison Tinker was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
