Poston Butte hadn't done well against Eastmark recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Poston Butte Broncos secured a 58-54 W over the Eastmark Firebirds. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Firebirds back in January, they had to take a 77-58 loss.

It was another big night for Dutch Martinez Jr, who went 10-for-16 en route to 27 points in addition to seven boards and five assists. Another player making a difference was Naji McLemore, who went 5-for-8 on his way to 11 points.

Poston Butte smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in six consecutive matchups.

Poston Butte's win bumped their record up to 9-15. As for Eastmark, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-10.

Poston Butte wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 82-39 victory against San Luis on the 13th. Eastmark does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
