Given the Greyhounds' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 188th, while the Vikings are ranked 441st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Eaton Rapids is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season. Lakewood is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-14.
