Groveport-Madison took a 32-point loss the last time they faced off against Canal Winchester, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Groveport-Madison Cruisers skirted past the Canal Winchester Indians 68-65. The win was nothing new for the Cruisers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Groveport-Madison's record is now 8-4. As for Canal Winchester, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-8 record.

Groveport-Madison will head out to take on Newark at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Canal Winchester, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Briggs at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Briggs has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
