Volleyball Recap: Pine Island Takes a Loss

Pine Island was the 3-1 winner over Dover-Eyota when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles on Saturday.

Pine Island's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Dover-Eyota, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pine Island will square off against Kasson-Mantorville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dover-Eyota, they will face off against St. Charles at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
