Soccer Recap: King's Academy Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in December of 2024, King's Academy was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. Neither they nor the Jupiter Warriors could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

King's Academy's goal came courtesy of Lola Hathorne, who's now up to 17 this season.

With that draw, King's Academy's record moves to 11-2-4. As for Jupiter, they moved theirs to 14-1-3.

King's Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 win against Saint Andrew's on the 17th. As for Jupiter, they won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on January 27th. Jupiter is on a eight-game streak of home wins, Centennial a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch.
