Softball Game Preview: Granbury Pirates vs. Saginaw Rough Riders

The Granbury Pirates will challenge the Saginaw Rough Riders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Granbury and nine for Saginaw.

On Friday, Granbury came up short against Fossil Ridge and fell 11-6.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Saginaw's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 12-0 to Fossil Ridge, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Granbury's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-1. As for Saginaw, their loss dropped their record down to 3-17.

Everything went Granbury's way against Saginaw in their previous meeting on March 7th, as Granbury made off with a 13-1 victory. Will Granbury repeat their success, or does Saginaw has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
