Zach Rometo put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Thursday. He struck out six batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Rometo and Pro Stock Royals Academy will head out on the road to square off against Legion Collegiate Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Royals haven't beaten the Lancers recently, having gone 0-5 since March of 2022.
