Riverside barely beat Liberty Tech Magnet the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Riverside Panthers' way against the Liberty Tech Magnet Crusaders on Monday as the Riverside Panthers made off with a 57-32 win. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Crusaders: they've now won five in a row.

Riverside was led to victory by Jack Cupples and Matthew Wyatt. Cupples dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds, while Wyatt dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten boards. What's more, Wyatt also posted a 63% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Colt Brooks was another key player, putting up ten points.

Riverside's win bumped their record up to 16-13. As for Liberty Tech Magnet, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-15.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers challenge the Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Riverside has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Liberty Tech Magnet does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
