Avon piles up the points against Rising Tide

Recap: Avon Panthers vs. Rising Tide
The Avon Panthers entered their tilt with Rising Tide with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Avon breezed by Rising Tide on the road to the tune of 62-32. With Avon ahead 32-12 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Avon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Thomas Edwards, who scored 24 points along with five rebounds. The contest was Edwards' third in a row with at least ten points. Josiah Guerrier was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Avon's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rising Tide, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Avon will head out on the road to face off against Norfolk County Agricultural at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Rising Tide will be home for the holidays to greet Atlantis at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
