Softball Recap: Lanier Gets the Win

Lanier lost to Cigarroa back in February of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Voks came out on top against the Toros by a score of 12-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Voks.

Miley Lopez was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Serenity Vega was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two RBI and one run.

Lanier always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .739. The last time their OBP was this high was back in February of 2025.
