Volleyball Recap: McConnellsburg Victorious + How To Watch

McConnellsburg proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the James Buchanan Rockets 1-0. The Spartans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rockets, too.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:oneset needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24.

The victory got McConnellsburg back to even at 2-2. As for James Buchanan, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coming up, McConnellsburg will be playing in front of their home fans against Northern Bedford County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for James Buchanan, they will head out to take on Shippensburg at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
