Basketball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Rapid City Christian. The Trinity Titans were dealt a 66-38 loss at the hands of the Rapid City Christian Comets. The matchup marked the Titans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Rapid City Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Trinity will be playing in front of their home fans against Des Lacs-Burlington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Des Lacs-Burlington will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Trinity surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rapid City Christian, they are taking a road trip to take on Hill City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rapid City Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Hill City likes a good challenge.
