Volleyball Recap: Carmel Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Carmel Christian took on Ambassador Christian School on Thursday. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Lions. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Lions when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-14.

Anna Deal was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 13 digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August.

Carmel Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Ambassador Christian School, they pushed their record up to 21-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Carmel Christian will take on Forsyth Country Day at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ambassador Christian School, they will face off against Mooresville at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
