Deon Jones Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Richland had to settle for second even though Deon Jones put up the best numbers he has all season. Jones picked up 164 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 58 yards.
Richland's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. Jones and Richland will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Azle at 7:00 p.m. on November 8th.
