Frederick's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Erie Tigers 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Golden Eagles: when they faced off against the Tigers back in September, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

Frederick was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 21-25, 23-25, 25-20, 24-22.

Frederick's win bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Erie, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-9 record this season.

Frederick does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Erie, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Rock Canyon on the 7th.
