After a string of five wins, Adair County's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a hard 75-60 fall against the Taylor County Cardinals. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th in Kentucky, while the Cardinals are ranked 30th in Kentucky).

Adair County's loss dropped their record down to 17-14. As for Taylor County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Adair County nor Taylor County have any future games scheduled.
