Basketball Recap: Fort Bend Christian Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Legacy Prep Christian Academy last Tuesday, Fort Bend Christian Academy came back down to earth. The match between the Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles and the St. Anthony Yellowjackets didn't end well, with the Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles falling 78-60. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Yellowjackets: they've now lost three in a row.

Despite the loss, Fort Bend Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Dylan 'DJ' Nunn, who en route to 30 points and five assists. The contest was Nunn's third in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jude Weaver, who posted 11 points.

Fort Bend Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 20-15. As for St. Anthony, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Fort Bend Christian Academy nor St. Anthony have any future games scheduled.
