Basketball Game Preview: Hackberry Mustangs vs. Pleasant Hill Eagles

The Hackberry Mustangs will take on the Pleasant Hill Eagles at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Hackberry and Bell City, and Bell City kept the tradition alive. The Mustangs were beaten by the Bruins 62-17 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Pleasant Hill took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Saturday. They blew past Phoenix, posting a 65-31 victory. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Hackberry dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Pleasant Hill, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
