Volleyball Recap: Fort Zumwalt West Falls Short Against Ranked Parkway Central

Fort Zumwalt West faced Parkway Central in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Jaguars fell 2-0 to the Colts. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Colts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

While Fort Zumwalt West was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by exactly two points. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 26-24.

Fort Zumwalt West's loss dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Parkway Central, their win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5-1.

Fort Zumwalt West has already played their next game (against Howell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Parkway Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Affton on the 29th.
