Basketball Recap: Laurens Academy Comes Up Short

Laurens Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 41-28 to the Our Lady of the Rosary Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-39 last Wednesday.

Laurens Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Our Lady of the Rosary, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-5.

As of now, neither Laurens Academy nor Our Lady of the Rosary have any future games scheduled.
