Baseball Recap: Mount Abram Comes Up Short

Mount Abram lost to Maranacook on May 1st and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Roadrunners took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Black Bears.

Mount Abram's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Maranacook, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mount Abram is set to square off against their familiar foe Lisbon at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Maranacook will face off against rival Dirigo at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
