Volleyball Recap: Fairview Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fairview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Centaurus Warriors, falling 3-0. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13, 25-21.

Emmeline Flores paced Fairview's offense, picking up five kills. Flores got some help from Summer Meek and her ten assists. Kaia Caines controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Fairview's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Centaurus, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Fairview is set to challenge their familiar foe Silver Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Centaurus will take on rival Broomfield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
