AURORA, Ore. - After trading leads three times,
North Marion (Aurora, Ore.) snatched the lead for good when
Ben Crumley threw a touchdown to
Kyle Williamson in the third quarter, paving the way for victory over
Molalla (Ore.) 35-21.
The teams went into the locker room at halftime deadlocked at 21. The Huskies took the lead indefinitely on a Crumley touchdown pass to Williamson in the third quarter.
The victory was a completely different match up compared to last season's game between these two teams, which the Indians took, 38-7.
The win brought North Marion's winning streak to four games.
In a 4A Tri-Valley game next week North Marion (6-2) takes on Gladstone, and Molalla (3-5) will go up against La Salle also in a 4A Tri-Valley game.
