After a string of six wins, Walnut Grove's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the North Oconee Titans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Walnut Grove's loss dropped their record down to 23-10. As for North Oconee, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-8.

Walnut Grove wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Madison County on the 23rd. As for North Oconee, they will face off against East Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
