Basketball Recap: Pecos Takes a Loss

Pecos lost against Andrews on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pecos Eagles were dealt a 57-19 loss at the hands of the Andrews Mustangs.

Pecos has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Andrews, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-14 record this season.

Pecos has already played their next contest (against Non Varsity Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Andrews will head out on the road to challenge Seminole at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Seminole will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Andrews surely won't give up without a fight.
