It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact JW North can now relate to. They took  a  4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Bonaventure Seraphs on Saturday. The Huskies' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
 Anela Kinnevey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on five hits.
 At the plate,  Angelina Martinez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  doubles and one  RBI.
JW North's defeat dropped their record down to 20-11. As for St. Bonaventure, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-11 record  this season.
 JW North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Bonaventure, they will challenge West Ranch at 3:15  p.m.  on Friday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their  tenth straight  win, something the Seraphs surely won't give up without a fight.
