             Spanish Springs entered their tilt with Reed on Tuesday with three consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Reed Raiders by a score of  3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 15-25, 25-17,  26-24.
 Spanish Springs had a senior duo take command as  Abby Hejmanowski  had 13  digs and  Nora Hunt  had three  digs and 11  assists. Hunt has been hot recently, having  posted nine or more  assists the last eight times she's  played.
 Spanish Springs  kept the net locked down and  finished the game with 11  blocks. That's the most  blocks they've posted since  back in August.
 Spanish Springs is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record  this season. As for Reed,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 10-10.
 Spanish Springs will be playing in front of their home fans against Damonte Ranch  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Reed, they are taking a road trip to  challenge Bishop Manogue  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
