It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Field had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Firelands a 10-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Field, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Field is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Firelands, their loss dropped their record down to 14-11.

As of now, neither Field nor Firelands have any future games scheduled.
