Basketball Recap: Grady Comes Up Short

Grady lost against Ira back in December of 2019 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grady Wildcats took a 49-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ira Bulldogs.

Grady's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Ira, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grady will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Buena Vista at 1:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Ira will take on Roby in a holiday battle at at 2:15 p.m. on Friday.
