Softball Recap: Hingham Comes Up Short

Hingham fell victim to Silver Lake Regional and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Lakers, falling 11-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Harbormen in their meetings with the Lakers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Hingham's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Silver Lake Regional, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hingham will face off against North Quincy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Silver Lake Regional, they will take on Wachusett Regional at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
