Baseball Recap: Mott Takes a Loss

Mott managed to slip by New Haven the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Marauders lost 10-3 to the Rockets on Thursday. The Marauders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Mott dropped their record down to 3-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for New Haven, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mott will square off against Fitzgerald at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for New Haven, they will face off against Port Huron at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
