Baseball Recap: Pahranagat Valley Comes Up Short

Pahranagat Valley lost against Liberty Baptist Academy on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers lost 16-5 to the Knights. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Keadin (CJ) Christian was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.

Pahranagat Valley's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Liberty Baptist Academy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Pahranagat Valley will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Beaver Dam at 1:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Liberty Baptist Academy, they will head out to take on Spring Mountain at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
