It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Passaic ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Fair Lawn Cutters 4-3. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on three straight.

Passaic's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Tainy Estrella, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Passaic now has a winning record of 10-9-1. As for Fair Lawn, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Passaic will square off against Lodi at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fair Lawn, they will head out to square off against Pompton Lakes at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
