Softball Recap: Duxbury Dragons vs. Hingham Harbormen
Duxbury hadn't done well against Hingham recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Dragons came out on top against the Harbormen by a score of 7-4. While the Dragons didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
Francesca ?Franky? Iovanna spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on 11 hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
