Boston Hills commands the offense for a Tigers win

Recap: Carroll Tigers vs. Lehman Lobos

On Saturday, Carroll didn't have too much trouble with Lehman on the road as they won 66-52. Given Carroll's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 371st, while Lehman is ranked 974th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Carroll's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Boston Hills, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Braedon Gomez, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds.

The win makes it two in a row for Carroll and bumps their season record up to 13-6. As for Lehman, their loss dropped their record down to 7-16.

Carroll will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on January 9th. As for Lehman, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Leander at 7:00 p.m.
