Softball Game Preview: Norcross Blue Devils vs. Parkview Panthers

The Norcross Blue Devils will venture away from home to square off against The Parkview Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Parkview has given up an average of 8.4 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Coming off a road loss, Norcross was happy to be home on Tuesday where their crowd gave them all the motivation they needed. They put the hurt on Duluth with a sharp 12-0 victory. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Blue Devils this season.

Meanwhile, Parkview might've scored the first runs on Tuesday, but it was Peachtree Ridge who claimed the real prize. The Panthers lost 13-4 to the Lions.

Norcross' win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-8. As for Parkview, they have now lost nine of their last 12 games at home. That's taken a bite out of their 4-9 record this season.
