Soccer Game Preview: Walker vs. Dutchtown

Walker is 0-3 against Dutchtown since November of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Walker Wildcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Dutchtown Griffins at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Friday, Walker and St. Amant finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Dutchtown fell victim to Denham Springs and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 1-0. While losing is never fun, the Griffins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked first).

Walker's draw makes their record 3-7-5 this season. As for Dutchtown, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-5.
