Volleyball Recap: Temecula Valley Comes Up Short

Temecula Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Chaparral Pumas, falling 3-0. If the Golden Bears were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Pumas when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Temecula Valley was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22, 25-18.

Temecula Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Chaparral, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temecula Valley will take on Murrieta Mesa at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Chaparral, they will face off against El Dorado at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
