Softball Recap: Hunterdon Central Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

On Tuesday Hunterdon Central's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Watchung Hills Regional Warriors. Those one runs were actually the fewest the Red Devils have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Hunterdon Central's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-0. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Watchung Hills Regional, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 12-3.
