Soccer Recap: American Heritage Has No Trouble Against Immaculata-La Salle + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask American Heritage). Everything went their way against the Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions on Tuesday as they made off with a 7-0 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

American Heritage's offense was hitting Immaculata-La Salle from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Mia Sommers led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The win keeps American Heritage at an undefeated 3-0-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Immaculata-La Salle, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

American Heritage will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on NSU University at 7:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Immaculata-La Salle, they will face off against Divine Savior Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
