Volleyball Recap: Chicopee Comp Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Agawam

Chicopee Comp faced Agawam in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Colts lost 3-0 to the Brownies. The Colts were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Brownies earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

While Chicopee Comp was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-16.

Chicopee Comp dropped their record down to 7-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Agawam, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.
