Soccer Recap: Gloucester County Christian Comes Up Short on the Road Against Plumstead Christian

Gloucester County Christian kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 5-2 to Plumstead Christian. Gloucester County Christian were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Plumstead Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Chad Wanamaker and James Karki scored both of Gloucester County Christian's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Looking ahead, Gloucester County Christian will be taking part in a tournament against Calvary Baptist at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Plumstead Christian, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Renaissance Academy at 3:45 p.m.
