Softball Recap: Lutheran South Academy Takes a Loss

Lutheran South Academy lost against Episcopal back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lutheran South Academy Pioneers fell just short of the Episcopal Knights by a score of 11-9.

Lutheran South Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Episcopal, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lutheran South Academy will challenge Cypress Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lutheran South Academy has given up an average of 6.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Episcopal, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Concordia Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
