Soccer Recap: Norcom Takes a Loss

The matchup between Norcom and Heritage on Monday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Greyhounds fell just short of the Hurricanes by a score of 5-4. Even if Norcom couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

They hit Heritage with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from KASHKA BEAZER, TRACE FLANDERS, ANGEL RAMOS-LOPEZ, and JAMIR BUXTON.

Norcom is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11. As for Heritage, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-8-1.

Norcom didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-2 loss against Lake Taylor on the 7th. As for Heritage, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-1 defeat against Bethel on the 6th.
