The Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 46-44 win over Varsity Opponent on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lions as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Legacy Prep Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elijah Overstake led the charge by putting up 13 points. Tyler Simpson was another key player, earning 12 points.
