Baseball Recap: Forest Hills Takes a Loss

Forest Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-4 to the Piedmont Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 last Tuesday.

Forest Hills' loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Piedmont, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-9 record this season.

Forest Hills will be playing in front of their home fans against Parkwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Piedmont, they will venture away from home to challenge Anson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Bearcats have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
